Terms of service

1. Operating entity

The Flippy service is provided by Avaline Technology Solutions (Vietnam household business). Registered office: No. 17, Alley 269 Quynh Lane, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact email: info@avaline.vn.

2. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using the service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User rights and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the legality of content you upload (PDFs, images, audio, links).
• Do not upload content that infringes copyright, is obscene, defamatory, or violates Vietnamese law.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. Any action via your account is deemed taken by you.
• Do not use the service to send spam, perform attacks, or exploit vulnerabilities.

4. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the content you upload. Flippy only stores, processes, and displays it according to your configuration in order to provide the service. Flippy's logo, source code, and UI are property of Avaline.

5. Payment & paid plans

• Pay in VND via VNPay/MoMo/Stripe. VAT invoices are available for businesses.
• Full refund within the first 14 days if no paid feature has been used.
• After 14 days: refund pro-rated by remaining days in the cycle.
• Annual plans: refund pro-rated by remaining months, minus one month cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Avaline is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. In all cases, the maximum liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

Avaline may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may request account closure and data deletion via info@avaline.vn.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first seek mediation; if mediation fails, they shall be brought before the competent court in Hanoi.
