The Flippy service is operated by Avaline Technology Solutions (Vietnam household business), registered office at No. 17, Alley 269 Quynh Lane, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. Please send any personal-data requests to info@avaline.vn.
2. Data collected
- Registration data: email, name, avatar (if signed in via Google).
- Uploaded PDF documents and accompanying assets (logo, background music, background image).
- Usage data: book opens, read time, IP, browser.
- When the book owner enables the lead form: the reader's name, email, phone number per the configuration.
3. Purpose of use
- Provide and operate the page-flipping digital magazine service.
- Improve product quality and provide technical support.
- Comply with legal obligations under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and Vietnamese law.
4. Storage and sharing
Data is stored on systems located in Vietnam. Flippy does not sell customer personal data to third parties. Data is only shared when lawfully required by competent authorities, or when necessary to provide the service (e.g., VNPay, MoMo payment gateways).
5. User rights
- Access, edit, or delete your personal data from the Account section.
- Request export of all your data or account deletion via info@avaline.vn.
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
